Structure
Project companies
Every asset sits in a separate special-purpose company. Equity, debt and construction risk are ring-fenced at project level, which is how partners prefer to invest and how we prefer to raise.
| Project company | Project | Grid (AC) | Partner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aia Wind LLC | Kutaisi Solar PV | 3.5 MW | GURIS Renewables LLC |
| Aia Wind LLC | Kutaisi Wind | 22.5 MW | GURIS Renewables LLC |
| Black Sea Wind LLC | Poti Offshore Wind | 195.5 MW | Open — seeking offshore partner |
| Egrisi Solar LLC | Egrisi Solar PV | 110 MW | SUNGROW Renewables |
| Georgian Solar Company LLC | Udabno Solar PV | 5 MW | Georgian Energy Development Fund (GEDF) |
| Kareli Wind LLC | Kareli Wind | 30 MW | HUBEI TITAN Zero-Carbon Technology LTD |
| Qiziki Solar LLC | Iliatsminda Solar PV | 26 MW | OHM Energy LTD (Armenia) |
On Aia Wind LLC holding both Kutaisi projects. The solar and wind plants at Terjola are adjacent, share a single 110/35 kV substation and 110 kV transmission line, and are therefore held in one company. They are a single 26 MW investment behind one grid connection, not two projects that happen to be near each other.
Track record
What has actually been built
Udabno, 5 MW, Sagarejo — construction complete, commercial operation targeted for September 2026.
We would rather show one plant that is real than a page of intentions. Everything else in the portfolio is described by the gate it has cleared, not by the capacity it would have if it were built.
