One half of a co-located hybrid. Kutaisi Solar and Kutaisi Wind sit on adjacent land in Terjola, are held in the same company, and export through a single shared 110/35 kV substation and 110 kV transmission line. The solar side runs roughly six months ahead of the wind side.

The wind half of the Terjola hybrid. Together with Kutaisi Solar it puts 26 MW of generation behind one grid connection, on two resources that rarely peak at the same hour — so the shared connection and line carry more energy than either plant would justify on its own.

The largest project in the portfolio. The site is in Samtredia; the grid connection is at Tskaltubo, reached by an 11 km transmission line built as part of the project. The connection agreement with GSE is signed and the pre-feasibility study is submitted. The project is waiting on the contract-for-difference memorandum with the Government of Georgia, which is the gate that sets its schedule.

On the Terjola hybrid. Kutaisi Solar and Kutaisi Wind are adjacent sites in one company, exporting through a shared 110/35 kV substation and 110 kV line. Grid capacity is the scarce input in Georgian development, and a connection carrying both resources runs at a higher load factor than either would alone — the same interconnection asset, more energy through it, one set of civil and electrical works. For an investor it is a single 26 MW position; for an EPC it is one mobilisation.

On these dates. Ready-to-build, construction and commercial operation dates are development targets under the current schedule, not commitments. They move when gates move. Anything not yet underwritten is shown as to be confirmed rather than estimated. The table is reviewed quarterly.
